EU dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

2. Overview of processing

This application is a client-side demo for JSON Schema forms. Data you enter is processed in your browser and shown in the UI by default; it is not automatically transmitted to our servers.

• Provision of the website (hosting)
• Technically necessary connections when loading external map tiles (OpenStreetMap) in some example scenarios
• Optional contact initiated by you (e.g. GitHub issues or postal mail)

3. Hosting (GitHub Pages)

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (provider: GitHub, Inc., USA). When you access the site, server log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) may be processed.

4. Local processing in the browser

Form data, schema edits, and JSON output generally remain local to your browser session. We do not maintain a persistent profile or perform tracking.

The language selection is kept only for the current session in the app (no tracking cookie by us).

5. OpenStreetMap maps (example scenarios)

Some scenarios load map tiles from OpenStreetMap tile servers (e.g. tile.openstreetmap.org). Your IP address may be transmitted to the tile server operator.

6. Retention

Demo data entered locally in the browser is not stored by us and is lost when you close the tab or reload the page unless you export or copy it yourself.

Hosting log data is retained by GitHub according to their policies.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

9. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Demo content was prepared with care. However, we cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
